Yes. Our moving bins are reusable 27-gallon totes, also called plastic moving boxes. These names refer to the same rental container, not the optional $10 wheeled tote dolly, which is a separate accessory for moving the bins.

Your selected package includes two free labels for every physical bin, including extra bins, and one free marker per rental. Extra bins are $4 each, extra label packs contain 20 labels for $1, and tote dollies are $10 each. Free local delivery and pickup. Extended-area fees calculated from your addresses at checkout.

Twenty bins are $79 for the first week plus $30 for each additional week. Forty bins are $129 plus $45, 75 bins are $219 plus $60, and 100 bins are $279 plus $85. The rental form shows the full extension cost under weeks 2, 3, and 4.

20 bins fit most studio or 1-bedroom moves. 40 bins fit most 2-3 bedroom moves. For bigger homes or lots of storage, choose 75 or 100 bins. Need a few more? Extra bins are $4 each for the whole rental.

Free local delivery and pickup. Extended-area fees calculated from your addresses at checkout as one combined delivery and pickup fee based on the farther address's excess road distance. Up to 35 extra miles is $50, up to 60 is $100, up to 120 is $150, and up to 180 is $200. Beyond 180 extra miles, we calculate the fee first and contact you to separately agree it. We do not automatically charge a future delivery fee.

No, you do not need to be present for delivery, but we prefer to say hi and make a new friend. If you will be away, leave clear placement instructions and make sure there is a safe, accessible place for the bins and tote dollies.

Yes. If you would like to keep any of your rented bins, you can buy them for $7 per bin. Call or email us to arrange the purchase instead of returning those bins at pickup. This arranged purchase option is separate from replacement charges for lost or damaged equipment.

Yes. Each bin is a durable, reusable plastic moving tote with a fitted lid. We deliver the empty bins before your move and pick them up after your rental.

No. Your reusable bins arrive ready to pack with fitted lids, so there is no cardboard assembly and no packing tape is needed to close the bins.

Yes. Our reusable bins are cleaned between rentals. Please return them empty and reasonably clean so they are ready for the next move.

Our local delivery team brings the bins to the address in your reservation and returns for pickup at the scheduled address and time.

No. We provide reusable moving bins, tote dollies when selected, delivery, and pickup. You remain responsible for packing, lifting, loading, transportation, and unloading unless you separately hire a moving company.

Choose any delivery hour, day or night, as long as it is at least 12 hours ahead. Pickup is at the same time when your rental ends, and you can move it earlier or up to 4 hours later.

Pickup is prefilled from your delivery time and selected rental length. You can choose an earlier pickup after delivery or up to four hours after the prefilled time. Choosing an earlier pickup does not reduce the selected rental price.

Yes. Check the different-pickup-address option during checkout and enter the complete pickup address. The farther address determines any extended-area delivery and pickup fee, which is calculated from your addresses at checkout.

Ask before your scheduled pickup. Extensions depend on availability and are confirmed only after approval and payment. Each additional week is $30 for 20 bins, $45 for 40 bins, $60 for 75 bins, or $85 for 100 bins.

Cancel at least 48 hours before delivery for a full refund. With less than 48 hours, payment is non-refundable, but you may reschedule once, subject to availability. After delivery, rental charges are non-refundable. Rescheduling at least 24 hours ahead is free, subject to availability.

Typical household items are welcome. Keep each bin at or below 75 pounds. Do not pack hazardous, flammable, explosive, illegal, biohazardous, or otherwise dangerous materials.

Reusable bins avoid single-use cardboard, arrive ready to pack, stack consistently, and can be used again for future moves. They also reduce the need for packing tape and the cleanup that comes with broken-down boxes.

Replacement charges are $10 for each missing or damaged bin and $25 for each missing or damaged tote dolly. These are replacement charges, not rental prices or the $7-per-bin arranged purchase option. Please see the rental terms for full details.
