Our commitment
We aim to provide a website that is accessible to people with disabilities and to improve the experience over time. We use semantic headings, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus states, clear labels, readable color contrast, alternative text for meaningful images, and motion that respects reduced-motion preferences.
Known limitations
Some third-party content and services, including Stripe Checkout and Photon or Geoapify address autocomplete, are controlled by their providers and may have accessibility characteristics outside our direct control. If an integration creates a barrier, contact us and we will offer a reasonable alternative such as phone-assisted booking.
Need help?
If you have difficulty using this site, need information in another format, or need assistance completing a rental, call 916-712-7030 or email howdy@thebinnys.com. Please include the page or task you were trying to complete and, if comfortable, the assistive technology or browser involved.
Feedback
We welcome accessibility feedback and use it to guide improvements. This statement will be reviewed as the site and booking experience evolve.
